These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the internal content-publishing software (the "App") operated by Hey Trillion Publishing ("we", "us", "our"). The App is used by Hey Trillion Publishing to publish our own original video content to our own accounts on third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. By using the App, the operator agrees to these Terms.
The App authenticates to third-party platform APIs and uploads, schedules and publishes content to accounts that Hey Trillion Publishing owns and controls. The App is a first-party operational tool; it is not made available to the public and provides no service to external end users.
The operator agrees to use the App only to publish content that Hey Trillion Publishing owns or is authorised to publish; to accounts it owns or is authorised to manage; and in compliance with the terms, policies and developer guidelines of each platform (Google/YouTube, TikTok, Meta/Instagram), including their automation, spam and content policies. The operator will not use the App to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or policy-violating content, nor to manipulate platform systems.
All content published through the App is the property of Hey Trillion Publishing or is used with appropriate rights. Hey Trillion Publishing retains all rights in its own content and branding. The platforms retain all rights in their respective services and APIs.
Where content is created with the assistance of generative AI tools, Hey Trillion Publishing discloses this as required by each platform (for example, by setting the relevant synthetic/AI content flag at the time of publishing).
The App relies on third-party platform APIs. Hey Trillion Publishing is not responsible for the availability, behaviour, or policy changes of those platforms. Use of each platform is also subject to that platform's own terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hey Trillion Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or in connection with the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Denmark shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
