Hey Trillion Publishing ("we", "us", "our") creates and publishes original short-form video content to our own social media accounts. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data in connection with our internal content-publishing software (the "App"), which we use to publish our own videos to our own accounts on third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. The App is a first-party publishing tool operated by Hey Trillion Publishing for the sole purpose of uploading and publishing our own content to our own accounts. The App is not offered to the public, does not provide a service to external end users, and does not collect personal data from members of the public or from viewers of our content.
We do not collect, buy, sell, or process personal data belonging to third parties through the App.
Solely to authenticate to the platform APIs and maintain those authorisations (including token refresh); to upload, schedule and publish our own content to our own accounts; and to monitor, log and troubleshoot publishing operations.
Where the GDPR applies, our processing is based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) in operating our own publishing workflow, and on the performance of our agreements with the relevant platforms.
We share data only with the platforms whose APIs we use to publish content, strictly as required to publish on our own accounts (Google/YouTube, TikTok, Meta/Instagram). Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell data and do not use any platform data for advertising or for any purpose beyond operating our own publishing.
Authorisation tokens and credentials are stored securely (e.g. in an operating-system keychain / encrypted secret store) and are accessible only to the operator of the App. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we process.
We retain authorisation tokens only for as long as the App remains authorised to publish to the relevant account; tokens are deleted or revoked when an authorisation is removed. Operational logs are retained only as long as needed for troubleshooting and record-keeping.
Because the App processes only our own operational data and does not collect personal data from the public, there are ordinarily no third-party data subjects. Where GDPR rights nonetheless apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability, and may object to processing, by contacting geoffreytheai@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
The platforms we use may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are governed by the respective platforms' safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) as described in their own privacy policies.
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly process children's personal data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
